Hemptemps is a workforce ERP platform that gives employers and workers a single system to run hiring, scheduling, time, training, and compliance. Companies can post roles, register and manage facilities, sign digital agreements, and track labor across locations, while workers can discover jobs, clock in via geo-fenced time tracking, complete required training through a built-in LMS, and manage their profiles and timesheets. The platform includes admin controls, role-based access, timesheet correction, real-time notifications, and reporting and analytics. Built with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and MongoDB, and deployed on Google Cloud Platform for scalability and reliability.
